Free-standing cottage, newly built in the year of 2004 and very well maintained. Entry, corridor, living room with sofa for 4 persons, dining table, fireplace stove, television with satellite and access to the covered terrace. Open kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, kettle and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a small hall and two bedrooms – the first with a double bed and a single bed and the second one with three single beds. Heating by the fireplace stove. Beautiful, but not fenced garden is very well maintained. There is garden furniture available, portable grill and swing for children. Private parking is possible for 2 cars (in a row).

One small dog upon agreement (EUR 60,- /stay). The landlord can rent you a boat (for an extra fee EUR 28,-week). Then there are two bicycles at your disposal (for a fee ca. EUR 5,-/bike/week). You have to bring your own bedlinen. The consumption of electricity and water shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for maximum of 6/8 persons. Prices listed are for up to 6 persons, two more persons are possible (fold-out couch in the living room) for a fee (EUR 40,-/person/week).

In east Bohemia, in a small holiday village in the forest, by the water reservoir Sec, 3 km from the village of the same name, ca 20 km south of the town Chrudim. The chalet is located near the forest, in the popular recreation area, in which all possible facilities are available by walk, only ca. 400 m from the water. Surroundings offer ideal conditions for enjoying the water, swimming, walking, cycling (there are many marked cycle paths), fishing or visiting various historical and cultural landmarks - in short, a perfect place for a wonderful family vacation. Chateau Zleby 17 km, chateau Slatinany 20 km, the ruins of the castle Zumberk 20 km, the open air museum Vesely Kopec 18 km.
Distances: Small shop open from June till August 300 m. Basic foods (Sec) 3 km. Restaurant and indoor swimming pool and sauna (hotel Plynostav) 300 m. Supermarket, restaurant and other amenities (Chrudim) 20 km. Tennis courts and playground 100 m. Great recreational reservoir with a beach, where it is possible to swim, surf, run water sports as well as do fishing (with a permit), is only 400 m far. Boats for rent 1 km. Minigolf (Jezerka) 4 km.
