Free standing one-storey house, modern and luxuriously furnished, completely detached, build in 2015. Entrance, living room with modern leather seating, fireplace, dining table for 8 people and satellite TV. Kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer, capsule Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet, second toilet separately. The house has three bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a third bedroom with two double beds. Heating with a heat pump. The house stands on its own plot, which is unfenced and 2 ha large (shared only with the second cottage 50 m away (JM0023B) .There is a terrace with garden furniture and portable grill and a pergola with a games room with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts. A nicely equipped playground and a heated swimming pool with a roof are shared with a second cottage on the plot (JM0023B) For maximum privacy, it is possible to order the complex as a whole under code JM0023 and have all the equipment for yourself.

Possibility to order simultaneously with JM 0050 as the whole complex for 13 people for the price of 55,498 CZK in the high season and 43,998 CZK in the low season. Possibility to order the whole area under the code JM0023. Special cancellation conditions (cancellation fee after binding reservation of stay 30% of the price of accommodation).

Location description

In the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, 800 m from the EKO farm, completely detached house on the edge of the village Heřmanov, about 15 km east of Velké Meziříčí at an altitude of 550 m above sea level. The house is located in a quiet location in the beautiful countryside, on the forest meadow right on the shore of the pond. Nearby is a meadow with deers, you can admire the animals from your own terrace. The house belongs to the ECO farm specializing in fishing, sheep, fallow deer and cows Galoway. Within a radius of 300 meters from the house there are 4 clean lakes for fishing and swimming, while the lake has a sandy beach right by the house. If desired, customers and their children can participate in the normal life on the nearby farm and help to feed the animals. You can bring old dry bread, it is allowed to feed the animals directly from your hand. There are 12 species of animals on the farm and various wild animals live in the surrounding forests. In the morning the deer graze near your house and you can also see rabbits here. Moreover, the area is ideal for hiking and cycling, swimming, fishing and picking forest fruits.
