Free-standing cottage, atypically and interesting architecturally solved, skewed ceilings and using of wood impact cosily. Entry, hall, spacious living room with sitting suite (also fold-out bed for 2 persons - 160 cm), dining table for 6 persons, TV and access to the terrace. Open kitchen with electric stove with a hot-air oven and ceramic hotplate, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Bedroom with a double bed and a fold-out extra bed (150 cm long). By a ladder is access to the attic with a mattress on the ground. With an exception of the attic are all rooms in the house in one level. Electrical central heating. Fenced garden with terrace, the garden furniture with parasol, portable grill, fireplace and sandpit at disposal. Private parking.

In South Bohemia, on the edge of the recreational settlement Kresanov, ca 3 km west of the town Vimperk and only about 30 km from the border to Germany, at an altitude of 900 m above the sea level. House stands on a gentle slope with a fantastic view of the valley and wooded hills of the National Park „Sumava“ (the Bohemian Forest). Very quiet place in the arms of nature. The whole area is ideal for hiking, cycling, fishing and taking of various trips. In the surroundings there are found many cultural and historical sightseeings – e. g. chateau Vimperk 4 km, the ruins of castle Kasperk 20 km, gothic castle and historical town Strakonice 33 km (here takes place the well-known bag-piper-festival each summer), chateau Kratochvile 37 km, the ruins of castle Helfenburk 32 km. Amazing place in the Bohemian Forest - the resort is characterized by a beautiful countryside with many hills, deep forests, famous lakes "Cerne“ (Black lake) and "Certovo“ (Devil lake) or virgin forest "Boubin" 20 km distant.
