Holiday home newly built (in 2015) but with several historical elements, luxurious and nice furnished. Entrance, corridor, open kitchen with living room with seating (possibility of an extra bed), SAT TV, HiFi system, fire stove and dining table for 6 persons. Kitchenette with ceramic hob and electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilette and washing machine. There are 2 separated bedrooms on the first floor. First is with one double bed and seating for two persons and second one is with one double bed and two single beds and seating for two persons. Central electric heating. House stands on its own completely fenced property. In the garden you find small brook which in very nice way completes natural scenery, and a decorative pond with Koi carps on which is very nice view from the pergola with a fireplace by the house. At disposal is wooden garden furniture, garden fire place and camp fire place. Since 06/2017, you can also use an outdoor swimming pool (4mx3mx1.2m). Parking in front of the house on the plot.

In the South Bohemia, on the edge of a little village Lestina, about 8 km Northwest of the little town Mlada Vozice and 25 km North of a historical town Tabor. It is an ideal place for a calm vacation, also children will be satisfied here. The surroundings offers excellent conditions for swimming, hiking and cycling, collecting berries, fishing (fishing permit is necessary) and for making various trips. In this area, there are many sightseeing, like for example the ruin of a castle Selmberk 8 km, chateau Lounovice 18 km, chateau Jemniste 27 km, historical town Tabor and castle Kotnov 25 km, Chynovska cave 20 km, ruin Kozi Hradek 27 km, chateau Vrchotovy Janovice 20 km, castle Choustnik 30 km. Worth seeing is also the capital city Prague, about 60 km far away.
