Free-standing, very luxurious villa, in 2005 newly built, nicely and comfortably furnished, equipped with all modern conveniences. Entrance, hall, spacious living room with sofa, stove, dining table, satellite TV and DVD and doors to a terrace. Modern kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Nice bathroom with tub and shower. Separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed. In the floor there is a lounge with a childrens corner (game room) and entrance to the balcony. Second bathroom with tub, a second separate toilet and three bedrooms - two each with one double beds and one with three single beds. In the basement of the house there is laundry. Electrical central heatingl, partly floor heating. The spacious garden is fenced by a high fence, which guarantees absolute privacy. Entrance to a land provides an automatic gate. There is a wooden terrace with garden furniture, awning, swimming pool 7 x 3.5 m and a portable garden grill. Garage and own parking.
