You live in a spacious and beautiful villa that was built in 2010. The villa is very nice and tastefully furnished. In the villa there are two apartments with a separate entrance that can be connected through the common room.
First apartment: Entrance, corridor, spacious living room (almost 85 m2) with a seating set for 5 people and television. Kitchen with dining table for 8 people, ceramic hob (two hotplates), oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. In the attic there is a hall and two spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with four single beds and a table with chairs, one of the bedrooms can accommodate two extra beds. Electric heating.
Second apartment: Entrance to the corridor, open living room with seating for 7 people (2x extra bed possible), TV, fireplace. Large kitchen with dining table for 6 people connected to the living room. Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob (4 hotplates) with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and electric kettle. On the attic floor there are three bedrooms. The first spacious bedroom is furnished with one double bed and two single beds, another bedroom with one double bed and a third bedroom with a narrower double bed and a cot. On both floors there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The building is heated by electric heating.
The villa is situated on a fenced plot. There is an overground pool, pergola, metal garden furniture and a brick garden fireplace. Trampoline and sandpit. Own parking or possibility of standing in front of the building.Part of accommodation
