Half of a spacious villa with a living space of 200 m2. The villa was built in 2010 and is very nice and tastefully furnished. Entrance, hallway, huge living hall (almost 85 m2) with a seating group for 5 persons and TV. Kitchen with a dining table for 8 persons, ceramic hob (two hotplates), oven, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. In the attic, there is a hall and two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower and toilette. Each of the bedrooms is furnished with four separate beds and table with chairs, into one of the bedrooms it is possible to place two extra beds. Electrical heating. The garden is completely fenced, there is round pool, pergola, metal garden furniture, brick grill, trampoline and sandpit at disposal. Private parking place.

One small pet is allowed on request. Baby cot and Wi-Fi at disposal. Non smoking property. The consumption of electricity shall be paid on spot. In the second part of the villa with separate entrance is another object (JC 0429). For larger groups (up to 22 people) it is possible to rent the entire villa (JC 0418). The villa is suitable for a maximum of 8/10 persons.
