Free standing holiday home with big enclosed yard with bathing natural pond, after a reconstruction in 2010, cosily and functionally furnished. Entrance, corridor, living room with seating, dining table for 4 persons and SAT TV. Kitchen with ceramic hob, baking oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, electric kettle and dining table for 6 persons. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilette. Bedroom with one double bed (two single beds right next each other), seating for two and exercise bike.
In the attic there are three bedrooms - first one with double bed (two single beds right next each other) and seating for two, second one (walk through bedroom) with one double bed and one single bed and third one with two single beds. Second bathroom with shower enclosure, washbasin and toilette.
Central electric heating and central solid fuel heating (landlord takes care about it). Holiday home stands on its own land with closed yard (100 m2) with bathing natural pond and completely fenced garden. At disposal there is wooden garden furniture, portable grill and sauna (wood). Pets are allowed after an agreement. At disposal WiFi. Baby cot on request. Consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot and in colder seasons you pay for additional heating EUR 40,-/week. House is suitable for up to 9 persons + 1 baby.

In the village Munice, just under 2 km to the west of town Hluboka nad Vltavou and ca 8 km to the north of south Bohemian metropolis Ceske Budejovice. This place is an ideal for families with children, making trips to the nature and for visiting south Bohemian sights. The closest sights is town Hluboka nad Vltavou, which is well known as the tourist and cultural centre. You find there very nice chateau with well maintained gardens and park as well as various cultural and sport facilities. Hunting chateau Ohrada and ZOO 2 km. Right behind the ZOO there is very nice horse riding hall with possibility of outside horse riding. Just a few steps behind there is a big recreational pond Bezdrev, where you can swim. Also points of interest in farther surroundings have a lot to offer - beautiful nature and a lot of sights - e. g. city of Ceske Budejovice 8 km, chateau Kratochvile 22 km, historical town Cesky Krumlov (UNESCO) with romantic lanes and restaurants and terraces - often above the river Vltava, which flows through the town, and with the world well known gorgeous chateau and unique open air theatre 35 km, monastery Zlata Koruna 25 km, spa town Trebon with chateau 30 km, etc. Distances: Restaurant in village (Munice), basic food store, supermarket, at least 15 restaurants, nice outdoor swimming pool with helter-skelter, tennis courts and halls, field, playground, rope park, 18 - holes golf course, relax centre (possibility of massages), whirlpool, sauna, tanning bed, hairdresser's, possibilities of sightseeing steamboat tours, bowling, marked cycling routes and possibility of fishing (with permit) in Hluboka nad Vltavou - just under 2 or 3 km. Recreational pond Bezdrev (one of the largest south Bohemian ponds) ca 1,5 km from the house with grass beach offers great conditions for bathing, swimming, water sports making, paddle boat renting (4 km) and yachting. Fishing (with permit) in pond Bezdryvka 1 km. Horse riding (Vondrov) 4 km. Forest 200 m. Winter info: Ski lift Dubicne - Dlouhy Vrch 15 km, ski lift Kozi Plan - Vezovata Plane Cesky Krumlov 38 km.
