Detached villa from the year 1928, completely rebuilt in the year 2004 abd very good equipped. Entrance, floor, living room with a sitting suite for 5 persons, fire-place and cable TV. Kitchen with a dining table for 6 persons, gas stove, refrigerator, tea-kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with a bath and toilet. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and second bedroom with three single beds and two extra beds. Gas central heating. Very nice fenced garden, wooden garden furniture with two deck-chairs, brick garden fire-place, fire-pit and table tennis at disposal. Own parking place.

In Slovakia, calm place at the edge of a small village Pliešovce, ca. 25 km to the south from the town Zvolen with a pretty chateau. The house stands in the middle of a very nice nature and near to the house there is a beautiful view of the Pliešovské Valley. In the whole area you can find many hiking and cycling routes, you can swim in the near pond you can have a swim. In the surroundings you can make various sports and various (not only) cultural trips, for example ruins Pustý Hrad, Divín and Krupina, open-air museum Banská Štiavnica 40 km, Antol Chateau 35 km, historical town Banská Bystrica 43 km.
Distances: Shop, supermarket and restaurant 600 m. Swimming and making various trips (Pliešovce) 2 km. Tennis 800 m. Out-door and in-door swimming pool and sauna (Zvolen) 25 km.
