Description of accommodation

During your holiday you can enjoy living like a real nobleman in a real castle! You will stay in castle Szigety, former château of Hungary count Kubiny; built in 1870, in 2004 newly rebuilt. The castle is divided into 3 separate apartments, with are rented all of a sudden – the whole castle is at your disposal. Stylishly furnished with parquetry, original tiled stoves, original furniture and other articles of inventory.
Apartment 230 - 4/5 persons: Entry, kitchenette with dinning table, 2 electric plates, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Living room with sofa, fold-out couch (extra bed), tiled stove, small Hi-fi, sat-TV and video recorder. Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Through bedroom with two separate beds and second bedroom with double bed and tiled stove.
Apartment 231 – 4/5 persons: Entry, kitchen with dinning table, 2 electric plates, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Living room with sofa, (extra bed), fireplace, sat-TV and video recorder, Hi-fi and entry to balcony. Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Through bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with two separate beds.
Apartment 232 - 2/4 persons: Entry, hall with fridge; living room with tiled stove (extra bed for 2 persons), sofa, Hi-fi, sat-TV and video. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with double bed.
Castle garden 4000 m2 at your disposal, nice in-ground swimming pool 10 x 5 x 2 m; terrace, garden furniture for 12 persons, beach umbrella, outdoor fireplace, fire pit and badminton. Electric and gas heating. Own parking lot for 4 cars.

Note on accommodation

Cot on request. Pets are allowed. Two mountain bikes for rent by agreement with the landlord. Bed-clothes and washing machine at your disposal. Telephones disposable in all apartments. The operating of swimming pool depends on the weather; usually it can be used from June 15. Refundable deposit EUR 200,-. The consumption of gas and electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on spot. House is suitable for maximal 10/14 persons. About free terms please ask in our office. Wifi.

South Slovakia, in village Gemerska Panica, near river Slana, ca 36 km east of town Rimavska Sobota, 23 km southwest of town Roznava and 20 km from frontier with Hungary. This small castle sits in spacious, beautifully kept garden. Shop 200 m, restaurant 7 km. Swimming pool 3 and 7 km, tennis and horse riding 20 km. Water sports in lake 30 km. Wood 2 km. A lot of sightseeing and beauties of nature within 25 km.
