Entrance via covered terrace, hall, living room with sitting area, decorative fireplace, TV, dining table and open kitchen with American fridge / freezer, convection oven, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor are three bedrooms, all with a double bed and a bedroom also has a TV and access to the terrace of 45 m2. Second bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. In the basement you will find a lounge with sitting area and toilet, sink and washing machine. Central electric heating. Fenced garden, terrace with garden furniture, portable barbecue, fireplace, deck chairs and table tennis. A private pier, a dinghy available. The house is equipped with a camera system and alarm (during the stay it is off). Private parking for two cars. Occupancy of up to 6 people.
