Freestanding, renovated villa situated in a big garden, built in non-traditional architecture style, spacious and nice furnished. Entry to the hall; spacious living room with leather sofa for 5 persons, fireplace, sat-TV, video and DVD. Entry to terrace. Open kitchen with dining table for 8 persons, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven with hot-air circulation, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Bedroom with double bed (dimensions 180x200cm). Bathroom with hydromassage bath, toilet, bidet and sauna access. Upstairs there is a hall, a second bathroom with bath and shower and a second separate toilet. There are four more bedrooms - the first with a double bed (dimensions 180 x 200 cm), the second with a double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm - for 2 children or 1 adult) and access to the balcony, the third bedroom (studio) with a double sofa bed (dimensions 180 cm (90 x 2) x 200 cm) and entrance to the balcony and the fourth, walk-through bedroom with one single bed (100 x 200 cm) + sofa bed 130 x 200 cm. Electric heating (radiators + under floor heating). Large, fenced garden. There is a garden house with garden furniture and fireplace, portable garden grill and sandpit at disposal. Nice heated in-door swimming pool 8,5 x 3,5 m with lightings (maximum heating temperature 27°C). Parking in garage for two cars or on own property.

Pets are allowed (€ 5,-/day). Washing machine and WiFi internet connection at disposal. Cot is available. Refundable deposit EUR 400,- for each week of stay (paid in advance with the price of the stay). Final cleaning EUR 80,- included. The consumption of electricity and the consumption of wood (EUR 12,-/32 kg) shall be paid on the spot. Attention - every night peace disturbance you will be charged EUR 40,- on spot. The building is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults + baby in a cot (families with children, older couples, does not serve as a party house). The furniture is designed for people up to 120 kg. Swimming pool heating is fully automatic and you will receive precise instructions for use with the voucher (including instructions from the staff + there is a safety camera to close the door + sails which does not occupy 90% of the pool space).
The property can be rented for different numbers of people. The price in the price list is always given for occupancy of the property by up to 4 people. Price breakdown for specific numbers of people and seasons below:

In central Bohemia, at the edge of small village Sloup, about 9 km south of Prague. This residence is situated in restful location, on slight slope with view of the surroundings. Both big garden and terrace offer absolute privacy. An ideal place for a nature lovers or family holiday with a possibility to make of many trips. Worth visiting are the monuments and beauties of the capital city of Prague (good connection with the bus, train or with the car on the highway), chateaus Stirin 12 km and Konopiste 35 km and castle Karlstejn 30 km.
