Detached Villa - absolute top and luxurious, using the most luxurious and expensive materials, you enjoy complete comfort here. This property is in every respect very unique, both for Czech as well as for western standards.
Entrance hall, spacious living room with parquet floor, fireplace, luxurious installation for TV, satellite Skylink, sofa, dining table door to terrace. Kitchen with all appliances, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffeemaker. Separate toilet. Next to the living room is a royal, cozy room with seating and a sunken pool 8 x 4 m, heated, illuminated and with entrance to the terrace. From the living room, there are stairs to the landing, with mezzanine floor. There are three bedrooms, alll with a double bed. Luxury bathroom with massage - corner bath, massage - shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Second bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. In the attick, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and a third bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The house also has its own fitness room, sauna with shower and washbasin. Heatpump heating, underfloor heating downstairs.
Large, fenced garden with pond, garden furniture, pergola, garden fireplace and grill. Garage for 2 cars and parking.

Note on accommodation

Small dog allowed, larger breed on request. There is a washing machine, sauna and Wifi internet connection at disposal. Baby cot on request. The pool is heated to a maximum temperature of 26°C. In the house are 2 small (work) closed rooms and are not used. This house is suitable for very demanding customers with high standards of luxury and comfort. Electricity consumption shall be paid on spot (approx. 1,000 CZK/day including pool heating). Wood for the firestove for a fee. With regard to the number of bathrooms, dressing rooms, large gardens, the house offers privacy for everyone, even with a larger number of clients. The current equipment allows up to 10 clients to be accommodated in 4 bedrooms, which have 3 bathrooms, 1 shower and 4 toilets. Rental prices are valid for 6 people. Each additional person for a fee of CZK 3,000/person/stay on the spot on the day of arrival.
