Villa "Scarlet" is a free-standing, renovated, luxury villa, very well maintained and spacious (living area about 175 m2). Entrance, hall, modern kitchen with four gas hotplates, electric oven, fridge, coffee maker and microwave oven. Luxurious bathroom with bath, toilet and a mirrored wall. Bedroom with double bed. Spacious living room with two levelled floor is furnished with a sofa bed for 3 persons, several dining tables, sofa, fireplace, satellite TV and home bar. From the living room leads the French doors into the garden with a small fountain. In the attic there are another two bedrooms - each with double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet. From one bedroom is the entrance to the terrace. Furthermore the fourth a spacious bedroom with two double beds and sofa. Heated by fireplace and central heating on solid fuel (landlord takes care of the heating in the heating season). An infrared sauna is available to guests. Garden, enclosed grassy yard with garden furniture and parasol. The garden has two levels - in the higher part of the garden is a swimming pool of a diameter 4 x 2 x 1,3 m (July-August), fireplace and solid garden grill. In the enclosed courtyard there is a paved surface on which it is possible to park 2 cars. About 50 meters from the house there also is a small parking lot.

Pet allowed for a fee (over 10 kg CZK 1,000/animal/week, up to 10 kg CZK 700/animal/week). The washing machine and three bikes to disposal (for free). Refundable deposit of EUR 200,-. The electricity consumption over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. In the heating season to pay CZK 700,-/week for heating.

In central Bohemia, in the village Kondrac, about 60 km south-east from the capital city of Prague and just 3 km from the town of Vlasim, where you can find all the facilities. The village lies at the foot of the mountain Blanik with an observatory, the mountain is known from the Czech history. The area offers good conditions for hiking, cycling and swimming. There also is a many of interesting excursion destinations, among which you should not miss the capital city of Prague.
Distances: Basic food 200 m, supermarket (Vlasim) 3 km. Simple local, but good and cheap restaurant where is cooked typical Czech cuisine, is located only 200 m. Another restaurant, swimming pool and tennis court (Vlasim) 3 km. Bicycle renting in a village 50 m. Indoor swimming pool and sauna (Benesov) 23 km. Horse riding (Ostrov) 5 km.
