Entrance, hall, large kitchen with kitchenette with ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher and three folding dining tables for up to 15 persons, entrance to a terrace. Bedroom with two single beds and possibility of an extra bed. Bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The first two - each with one double bed and possibility of one extra bed and the third with one single bed. The second bathroom with bath and toilet. Electric central heating with thermostat. The villa is located on a large fenced land, there is a terrace with garden furniture, fireplace and fire pit to disposal. Parking on a fenced land by the house.

Pets are not allowed. WiFi internet connection, washing machine. The electricity consumption shall be paid on the spot. In the high season (July, August) energy consumption included in the price. The deposit of EUR 200,-is paid in advance by bank transfer. The house is suitable for up to 7 persons.

In central Bohemia, in a famous tourist destination Jevany with a cascade of ponds and nature reserve Voderadske buciny forests, 4 km west of the town Kostelec nad Cernymi lesy, about 13 km east of the town Ricany and only 30 km south-east of the capital city of Prague. The villa stands in the centre, in a large garden and offers complete privacy. The surrounding area offers excellent conditions for Nordic Walking (for guests there are to disposal a special sticks). In the case of interest it is possible to arrange a Nordic Walking lesson on the spot. There also are ideal conditions for hiking, biking (through the village lead many marked trails), swimming, fishing and doing many of various trips. From many attractions in the surrounding lets name for example the monastery Sazava 15 km, chateau Konopiste 29 km, the open air museum Kurim 16 km, historical centre of the capital city of Prague 25-30 km, chateau Jemniste, Cesky Sternberk, town Kutna Hora with the cathedral of St. Barbora and ossuary 35 km.
