Open, modern kitchen with a folding dining table for 6 persons, ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood, Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker and microwave oven. Bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with a double bed, single bed and an entrance to a third bedroom with three single beds. Bathroom with a corner bath, sink and a washing machine. Separate toilet. Cloakroom. Electric central heating. The house stands on a large fenced land (2000 m2). There is a terrace, garden furniture with sunshade, sandpit, portable grill and swimming pool 7 x 3.5 x 1.5 m to disposal. Parking in the garage or on a fenced land. The entrance to a property is equipped by a gated with a remote control.

In central Bohemia, almost secluded (in the neighbourhood there are only three other houses) nearby of the town Bystrice, about 3 km south of the town Benesov and only 45 km from the capital city of Prague, which is easily accessible by a highway (it is about 15 km away). The house stands on a gentle slope and there is a beautiful view of the garden, fields and meadows. The area offers ideal conditions for hiking and biking (nicely marked trials), swimming, playing golf and making many of various trips. There are many attractions in the surrounding and between a thing that you should definitely not miss is the Pragues historical center 45 km, chateau Konopiste 4 km, chateau Jemniště 8 km, castle Cesky Sternberk 22 km, castle Lounovice 20 km, chateau Vrchotovy Janovice 14 km and Cerveny Hradek u Sedlcan 25 km.
Distances: Basic food and restaurants (Bystrice) 1 km, supermarket and other restaurants (Benesov) 3 km. In Benesov you will also find a swimming pool, indoor pool, sauna and bike rental.
