Freestanding villa with luxury equipment, comfortable and equipped with all modern conveniences. Entry, hall, living room with sitting area, sat-TV and glazed veranda with magnificent view of the valley with a dam. Luxury kitchen with sofa, dining table, ceramic hotplate, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and electric kettle. Toilet. Upstairs there is a luxury bathroom with shower cabin and toilet and three bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, sofa (also fold-out bed for 2 persons) and a computer with internet connection. The third bedroom with a double bed. In the basement you can find a swimming pool 3 x 2,5 m (pool is not heated), shower, sauna, washroom and toilet. Further is there a room/living hall with table and chairs, sat-TV with DVD, stereo set, table football, billard table and access to the terrace and in the garden. Coal heating. The spacious garden is fenced, there is garden furniture, garden fireplace, fire place and swing bench at disposal. Plenty of parking space – parking lot for 4 cars.

Pets allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. The washing machine at disposal. Refundable deposit EUR 200,-. On the spot shall be paid: the consumption of electricity above 50 kWh per week and except July and August also a fee for coal heating EUR 80,-/week. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons.

In central Bohemia, on the edge of cottage collony, in the recreational area near the village Merin, about 35 km south of the capital of Prague. Fantastic place on a slope, near Slapy water dam. From Your house is a wonderful panoramic view of the valley with the dam and of the wooded hills behind it. Really great location - many sporting and other facilities in the immediate vicinity and a large number of various trips destinations. Hunting castle Konopiste 16 km, castle Sedlcany 26 km, castle Vrchotovy Janovice 21 km. Within 50 km are found well known castle Karlstejn with a beautiful golf course, Konepruske caves, castle Horovice, monastery Svata Hora near town Pribram and others. Also visit of the capital city of Prague should not be missing in your program!
Distances: Basic foods in the summer months 800 m, otherwise (Jablonna) 2 km. Supermarket (Neveklov) 10 km. Restaurant 200 m and 500 m. Indoor swimming pool and massages 800 m.
