  Handover and communication with the landlord - everything was absolutely seamless. He tried to accommodate. Beautiful view of the Slapy from the cottage. It's a shame that the seating area downstairs is not covered, both because it would be possible to sit there in light rain, and in the morning the table was often completely wet with dew. They do have an awning, but previous guests managed to break it. We used the billiards and table football a lot - it's great that it's available in the cottage. Wifi throughout the property and outside. Good mattresses for sleeping, we're always a little worried about that with such private cottages.
  Minuses
  The accommodation is on the very hill, which we of course knew in advance, but in the hot summer it is unpleasant to climb the 12% slope up from the water on cobblestones. Of course, you can drive over it by car, there is a paid parking lot below. The cleaning could have been a little better, especially the shelves and cupboards, but we cleaned it ourselves and that was it. There are few cycle paths in the area, you mostly drive on local roads. But we managed everything. The overall impression is definitely positive.

  beautiful environment for spending your vacation, great facilities in the cottage for spending your free time (billiards, table football, garden, barbecue), amazing view of the dam, sufficient kitchen equipment, proximity to the guesthouse (approx. 150m - possibility of catering, nice service)

  Very pleasant owner. Absolutely quiet and relaxing place. Parking with the car right next to the object exactly as described. The entire object was cleaned and tidy upon our arrival. Absolutely ideal place for trips around the area. I liked the glass wall in the living room the most where it was nice to relax in the armchairs. Functional wifi was also a pleasure.
