Generous country house of the type 2 under 1 roof, very nice, comfortably furnished. Living space of no less than 235 m2. Entrance, hallway and access to a spacious living hall with dining table and fireplace and patio doors to garden, open access to the billiard room with French doors to the garden and open access to the kitchen with sliding french door to the garden, second dining table, fridge / freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. There is also a living room with a 6-person seating area, rattan furniture and satellite TV with DVD on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, both with one double bed and one with additionally a single bed, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, second bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet with access from the second bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor, there is a landing and three further bedrooms. One with a double bed and private toilet with sink, one with a double bed, bunk bed and private bathroom with sink and one with a double bed and sitting area. Lighted fire stove. From the ground floor, there are three entrances to the spacious terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and the private enclosed garden with lots of privacy and a swimming pool 8 x 3 m and 1.5 m deep. Private parking.

In South Bohemia, on the outskirts of the town Mirotice, ca 18 km north of the historical town of Písek and ca 80 km south of Prague. The house stands in quiet location near the pond and about 100 m from the river Lomnice. This area is ideal for hiking, biking and swimming. There are also many sites you can visit. Castle Zvíkov 14 km, chateau Orlík nad Vltavou 20 km, chateau Blatná 15 km, beautiful town of Písek with castle and oldest stone bridge within Europe 18 km, monastery Milevsko 26 km, chateau Březnice 22 km. Also historical town of Tábor with castle Kotnov, castle Choustník, chateau Hluboká nad Vltavou and ZOO Ohrada and beautiful historical town Český Krumlov. Trip to Prague is also very good idea.
