Free standing country house, former farmhouse after complete reconstruction. You share the first floor of the house. Enterance by the partially open staircase, veranda with sitting. Living room with sofa (sofa bed at the same time), fireplace, sat-TV and dining table. Kitchen with electric cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker and microwave oven. Refrigerator on veranda. From the living room there is an entrance to the bedroom with three single beds. Second bedroom with double bed and two single beds is approachable through the first bedroom or bathroom. Bathroom with corner bath and toilet. Central heating and fireplace. The house stands on its own huge land - almost 2 hectares! Available roofed pergola with garden fireplace, wooden benches and table, sandpit, swing, garden furniture and nice pool 7 x 3 x 1,2 m. Own parking.

Baby cot on request. No pets allowed. You have a washing machine at disposal. Consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot to the landlord. The house is suitable for a maximum of 7/9 persons + baby. The prices in the pricelist are stated for maximum of 7 persons and 1 baby. 2 extra persons (extra beds) are possible after agreement with the owner for fee of EUR 40,-/person/week.

In the Eagle Mountains, secluded, about 1 km away from the center of town Klášterec nad Orlicí and about 9 km east from the town Žamberk. The House - former farmhouse - in the middle of meadows and forests, which are mostly owned by the landlord and offers enough space for a variety of games like football or badminton. Adjacent forests directly calls for a walks and gathering forest fruits. Comfortable seating in the shade of two pendent state-protected ash trees that are more than 200 years old. On one strong branch is hanging a swing. On the horizont thre is visible a Panorama Mountain Suchý Vrch (995 m high). In the village you can visit the old church - the remains of a monastery built before 730 years ago (cultural monument). Among other things, the mysterious year 453 inside the church and mysterious images of devils on the outside wall of the building increase the interest, not only for a laymen, but as well for professional public. We also recommend the fantastic walk through the valley of the Divoká Orlice with rocky riverbed and rocks on the banks. The trail begins in the village and leads you to a beautiful stone bridge. In addition, you can take a mountain hike on the tops of the Eagle Mountains, visit the water tank Pastviny and a system border fortifications from 1939.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant in a village 1 km. Supermarket, the swimming pool and mini golf (Žamberk) 10 km. Indoor pool (Ústí nad Orlicí) 30 km. Sauna (Letohrad) 12 km. Golf courte (Hnátnice) 15 km. Tennis courts and horse riding in a village 1 km. Water Reservoir Pastviny with a beach and swimming, doing water sports, boat rental and fishing (permit required), is just 2 km away. Another possibility of fishing in the River Divoká Orlice 1 km. The forest 100 m.
