Free-standing villa, renovated in 2008, effectively and nicely furnished. Entry, hallway, living room with sitting suite, fireplace, sat-TV and entry to the terrace. Kitchen with electric stove with a ceramic hotplate, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave oven and toaster. Dining room with three tables for a total of 12 persons. Bathroom with shower and toilet, a second separate toilet. Upstairs there are a small hall, a third toilet and three bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, the second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds and the third bedroom (is via the second bedroom accessible) with a double bed and fold-out sofa (extra bed for 2 persons). Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a sat-TV. Electric heating, you can also heat with fireplace. Vila stands on the non-fenced land. Garden house, garden furniture, garden grill, sand pit and swing at disposal. Near the house is enough space for parking.

Pets are allowed. There is billiard table at disposal and for a fee also WiFi. The consumption of electricity and water in price included. Consumption of wood and coal shall be paid on spot. Clients take their own bedlinen or they can rent it for a fee (EUR 4,-/set). Final cleaning is made by the owner for a fee EUR 40,-. Fee for dog 30,- EUR. Lease of a cooling device for tapping 14,- EUR. The price is valid for 10 persons, each additional person 10,- EUR/night.

In the Ore Mountains, on the edge of a quiet village Haj, ca 18 km west of the world-famous spa Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) and only about 15 km from the border to Germany. In the beautiful spa town Karlovy Vary is each July held a well-known film festival and you can found here healing springs, beautiful golf course and much more. The house stands on a quiet place in gentle slope with a beautiful view of the surrounding forests, meadows and villages. You can enjoy here the absolute privacy and relax in the middle of green. Behing the house is found a large meadow, where children can play various games or football. The whole area is known for its beautiful countryside and spa towns, beside Karlovy Vary are there e.g. Marianske Lazne and Frantiskovy Lazne, both distant 45 km. Beside the spa towns are in the vicinity found many other cultural and historical sightseeings - such as castle Loket 15 km, Cheb 38 km, Seeberg, chateaus Kynzvart 30 km, Sokolov 12 km and Becov 38 km. Surroundings offer also good conditions for hiking, biking and taking of various trips. Here are some tips for trips with children: "Bohemium" - the world of miniatures in Marianske Lazne, tropical greenhouse "Motyli dum“ (Butterfly House) near Frantiskovy Lazne, unique natural area "SOOS“ with mud volcanoes near Cheb, amusement park in Plohn in Germany, the torture chamber at the castle Loket.
