Upstairs there is a living room with sitting area for 5 persons, dining table for 4 persons, sat-TV and access to balcony. Well equipped, modern kitchen with dining table for 4 persons, electric cooker wir oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. The second bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Bedroom wiht a double bed and bedroom with for single beds and sitting area. Electric central heating. Spacious garden, garden furniture with parasol and garden grill at disposal. Own parking lot and garage.

Cot on request. One small dog allowed (only a small race!!!). Washing machine at your disposal. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The landlord lives 40 m from property. In agreement with the landlord you can hire 2 bikes. The property is suitable for 8 persons + 1 baby maximum.

In southern Bohemia, almost secluded, in the vicinity of the village Janovka, ca. 5 km nortwest of the town Nove Hrady and 25 km from Ceske Budejovice. Border checkpoint to Austria in the village Nove Hrady is just 7 km far, another border checkpoint in the village Ceske Velenice is 20 km far. The house stands in the middle of a beautiful landscape with many ponds and forests. Absolutely quiet place with an amazing view of the surroundings. The area offers ideal conditions for beautiful walking, cycling (many nice tourist and bicycle paths), swimming, fishing and visiting various landmarks. Castles Nove Hrady 4 km and Zumberk 5 km, spa town Trebon with a chateau 28 km, chateau Hluboka nad Vltavou 28 km, hunting lodge Ohrada and zoo garden 28 km, historic town Cesky Krumlov with a castle (UNESCO heritage list) 40 km.
Distances: Basic foods, restaurant and supermarket (Nove Hrady) 5 km, (Borovany) 12 km and (Trhove Sviny) 13 km.
