Type GAMMA. Free-standing villa, newly built in the year of 2008 and of course, newly furnished. Living area is 240 m2 large. Entry, hall, living room with sofa, dining area, cable TV and the entry to the terrace. Open kitchen has a ceramic cook top plate, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee-maker, kettle and microwave. The bathroom has shower and sauna, the toilet is separate. Double room. You will find two more bathrooms with bathtub and toilet in the first floor and other four double rooms and two balconies. Heating. Garden, spacious terrace with garden furniture. Garage.

Reception desk in the campus. You can use a washing machine at the reception for the extra charge. WiFi internet connection. The electricity consumption is in the price. Additional fees – compulsory: refundable deposit € 300,-, tourist tax € 2,-/person/day, final cleaning € 70,-, fee for a bedlinen € 85/house. Location description

In southern Bohemia, in the midst of a beautiful natural protected area "Bohemian Forest" by the Lipno lake, about 28 km south of the historic town of Cesky Krumlov, in the triangle near the border with Austria and Germany. The capitol Prague is located about 2,5 hours by car. The newly renovated villa area “Lipno Dreams” is located in the idyllic place near the Lipno lake - about 40 km long dam on the river Vltava, in the midst of the beautiful and undisturbed nature. The surroundings can operate a wide range of water sports. The new recreational park is situated in the sunny location in the southern slope, near the forest, with a beautiful view over the lake and wooded hills behind it. The local nature offers a wealth of possibilities for life - a beautiful walks, biking, swimming, water sports and other sports activities, tours to various historical and cultural landmarks. There is also a ropeway in the immediate vicinity.
Distances: The essential grocery, supermarket and several restaurants within 1 km. Campus "Lipno Lake Resort" (JC 0010) is about 400 m and recreation area "Marina Lipno" 1 km. There is an indoor swimming pool, the possibility of horse back riding, swimming and water sports in Lipno, the beach, boat rental, pedal boats and much more. With a permit you can also be fishing. On the promenade you will find a lot of shops and restaurants with terraces, bike rental and other sports equipment. Tennis and golf course 1 km. The possibility of sightseeing trips on the steamer, hiring the catamarans, yacht club and the hiring of quadricycles.
Winter info: Well-known winter-centre Kramolin is only 1 km away (chair lift, 4 ski-lifts, 5 slopes, men-made snow, evening-skiing, ski-running tracks, ski-school, ski-rental). Another possibility to ski in Austria – ski area Hochficht 45 km (9 ski-slopes, 3 chair-lifts, 6 ski-lifts, men-made snow on the slopes, ski-school, ski-rent).
