Description of accommodation

Luxuriously furnished villa after partial renovation in 2019. Entrance, hall, spacious living room with kitchen. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, tableware and dishwasher. Dining table for 8 people. In the living room there is also a seating group for 8 persons (extensible to an extra bed for 2 persons) and LCD satellite TV. On the ground floor there is a first bedroom with a double bed + sofa bed (140 cm) and a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs, the second bedroom with two double beds, the third bedroom also with two double beds, a balcony and the fourth bedroom with one double bed and a cot + balcony. A cot cannot be placed in bedroom No. 1 (on the ground floor). Second bathroom with bath, two sinks and washing machine. Second separate toilet. Electrical heating of the house. Guests have a non-fenced garden at their dosposal with two seating areas, a garden grill, a slide and climbing frames for children (at their own risk, parents should supervise). Parking space for 1 car right next to the house, others in the parking lot 50 m away (the garage is used exclusively for parking strollers, bicycles, children's bouncers and, in the winter season, skis).

Pets allowed on request (CZK 1,500/pet/week). Baby cot available 3x. WiFi connection available. Refundable deposit CZK 4,000. Electricity consumption 50 kWh included in the price, excess consumption is paid by clients on the spot before departure. Bed linen is always provided by the landlord on site (CZK 150/bed). A washing machine is available to guests. Waste is sorted on site. The property is suitable for a maximum of 8 people + 2 children + 2 babies. The building is intended for families with children. Please adhere to the schedule of the maximum number of people.

Location description

In South Bohemia, on the outskirts of Lipno nad Vltavou, near the famous Lipno Lake, approximately 29 km south of Český Krumlov and 10 km from Vyšší Brod. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, near the forest, with a partial view of the lake. The surroundings are ideal for hiking, biking (bike trails), swimming and skiing. In the area you will find a wide range of sports and cultural activities. We highly recommend the Treetop Walkway, which is an interesting experience for adults and children, a steamboat ride and for the water sports enthusiasts rafting on the Vltava River with rental in Vyšší Brod. In the evening you can enjoy Fun Spot Adventure mini golf right in the village. Do not miss the Vyšší Brod Monastery (10 km), Rožmberk Castle (19 km), Vítkův Kámen (17 km), the world-famous Český Krumlov Castle (29 km), Zlatá Koruna Monastery (40 km), Hluboká Castle and Ohrada Castle with a zoo (65 km), České Budějovice (55 km), or Třeboň Castle (81 km).

Distances: Grocery on promenade 800 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 800 m, Aquaworld Lipno, children's amusement park and sauna 800 m, swimming, water sports, fishing (permit required) and boat rental 1 km, forest 20 m.
