Modernly furnished and luxuriously equipped wellness villa situated in a quiet part of the village away from all tourist traffic and at the same time within walking distance of Mácha Lake and all the attractions offered nearby.
Entrance on the ground floor to a spacious common room illuminated by a French window with access to the terrace and equipped with table tennis, massage chair, sofa, hi-fi system, infrared sauna and kitchenette with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Entrance via staircase to the first bedroom in the basement with 2 single beds. Furthermore, guests on the ground floor have access to the first bathroom with toilet, shower and basin.
The first floor is accessible by internal staircase or external entrance via a terrace with seating under a parasol and a portable grill. Living room with a sofa (extra bed for 2 people), armchair, fireplace insert, TV, dining table, bar seating and kitchen equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and American fridge with freezer. Exit through sliding doors to a glass veranda with a jacuzzi and seating on upholstered furniture.
On the second floor there are a total of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. The first with a double bed and the second with a single bed have access to a shared terrace. The third with a double bed and a babycot and the fourth with two single beds. The second bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin.
Central heating of the property with an electric boiler. The villa stands in a fenced garden with a lower parking space for 2 cars and an upper parking space for 3-4 cars.

In northern Bohemia, in the Kokořínsko protected landscape area, on the outskirts of the village of Staré Splavy, 15 km southeast of Česká Lípa and 75 km north of the center of Prague.
The villa is located 1.5 km from the beach of Máchovo jezero, a much-sought-after place for summer recreation and water sports, which is the dominant feature of the picturesque area called Máchův kraj. You can diversify your water fun with easy walks through the forest park on Lázeňský vrch with interactive activities, running treks, an open-air geological exhibition and the M. Forman viewpoint. Take the children to the Borný autocamp (5 km) to have fun on the obstacles in the rope park. The area is interwoven with hiking and cycling trails, leading to natural attractions such as sandstone rocks and peat bogs, as well as historical monuments of national importance. Towering over the landscape are Bezděz castle (13.5 km), a significant gothic monument, and the mysterious Houska castle (16 km), shrouded in legends. Families with children will appreciate the zoo or the Čtyřlístek museum in the nearby town of Doksy (5 km).
