Free-standing, large country house, well and nicely furnished. Entry, hallway, living room with sitting area, fireplace and sat-TV. Living room is open connected with living-kitchen with dining table, gas stove with electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. Luxury bathroom with tub and shower, separate toilet. Upstairs there is a small hall, the second toilet and three bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, the second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Through the second bedroom is available the third bedroom with a double bed. Electric heating. Large fenced garden and enclosed courtyard, the garden furniture with a parasol, portable grill, fireplace and a swimming pool (diameter of 3,6 m) at disposal. Private parking.

Pets are not allowed. There is a washing machine after agreement children cot at disposal. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. In agreement with the landlord it is possible to rent some bicycles. The house is suitable for a maximum of 8/10 persons.

Surrounding undulating countryside is rich in ponds, forests and meadows. In the surroundings there are found many sports and cultural facilities and historic sightseeings - such as chateaus Jindrichuv Hradec 7 km, Zirovnice 18 km, Telc 48 km, Hluboka nad Vltavou 38 km and Cervena Lhota 27 km, the beautiful spa town Trebon with a chateau 18 km.
