Kitchen with dining tables for 10 persons (1 high baby chair at your disposal), refrigerator with freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, tea kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Relax room with sauna (for free), shower and exercise bike. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower, double wash basin and washing machine. Separate toilet. In the attic you find second toilet and bedroom with double bed and one single bed, then another two bedrooms: one with two single beds, second one with two single beds and baby cot (for child up to 5 years). Entrance to covered balcony with seatting. There is fenced well maintained garden around the house with paths and garden lighting. Covered pergola with fireplace, grill and seatting for 9 persons with child's table and chairs and place for placing bicycles. At your disposal is one basket of wood and one package of woodcoal. Two swings, sandbox and deck chairs. Private sunken swimming pool 10 x 5 x 1,5 m just behind the garden with movable roofing is in operation daily from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. Place for sunbathing, solar shower, garden furniture and deck chairs at your disposal. Parking lot in enclosed space - 1 car under roof, 1 car in the garden. Ground floor: electrical floor heating. Attic: electric convector heaters (higher electricity consumption).

The building is a part of a small campus "Sportrelax", which includes a total of 3 houses (2 houses for guests, in total 17 beds and 3 baby cots), tennis court, football field ca 20 x 40 m, playground for children, outside table tennis and pétanque (for free). Russian skittles for free after arrangement at your disposal. Bicycles (6-8 pcs.) for fee and after agreement with the landlady. Bedlinen in the price included, The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on spot. Final cleaning € 40,-. The landlady takes care about sports facilities and cleans the swimming pool regularly. This property is suitable for maximum 9 persons + 1 children up to 5 years.
