Free standing villa, built in 1989 and renovated in 2008 and very well equipped and furnished. Entry, hall, spacious living room with sofa, dining table for 10 persons and a SAT TV and DVD player. Modern kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob and electric oven, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Luxurious bathroom with shower, double washbasin and toilet. Second separate toilet. Upstairs there is a second luxurious bathroom with shower and toilet and three bedrooms - one with three single beds, second one with four single beds and the third one with six single beds. TV at disposal in the biggest bedroom. Two extra beds are possible in the bedroom with three single beds. In the basement there is sauna and shower, billiards, darts and table football at disposal, also store for bikes or ski. Central heating. Spacious garden is fenced, there is sunken covered heated swimming pool with countercurrent, covered pergola with hearth and grill, wooden tables and benches and for children playground, trampoline, carousel, sandpit, monkey bar with slide and swings. Garage and own parking lot at the villa.

In East Bohemia, almost secluded, on the edge of the village Dolní Morava, about 6 km northeast of the town Králíky and about 8 km from the border with Poland. Village Velká Morava is situated in the valley below the peak Kralický Sněžník (1423 m), between the Ore mountains and mountain Hrubý Jeseník. From the terrace you have magnificent views of the wooded slopes of Kralicky Sněžník. The area offers ideal conditions for hiking, you can discover beautiful scenery, enjoy the clean mountain air, ride a bike or take various trips. There are many sights in the area, such as the Monastery Dolní Hedeč 7 km, cave "Na pomezí" 40 km, Chateau Velké Losiny 37km and Lanškroun 29 km, the sources of the Morava River, mountain top Kralický Sněžník, Military Museum and Hand paper factory in Velké Losiny.
Distances: Basic food (Dolni Morava) 1 km, restaurant (pizzeria) 500 m, supermarket and swimming (Králíky) 6 km. Aquapark (Žamberk) 26 km, thermal pool (Velké Losiny) 40 km. Tennis courts 400 m, horse riding (Prostřední Lipka) 5 km. Fishing - permit needed - (Horní Hedeč) 3 km. The forest 600 m.
