Bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and sat-TV. The second bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, two extra beds and sat-TV. Bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. Upstais there is a small hall, the second bathroom with shower and toilet, the second kitchen with dining table for 4 persons, gas stove with electric oven, refrigerator, tea kettle and microwave oven. Further the third bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and sat-TV. Central gas heating. The garden is fenced, there are wooden garden furniture, fireplace, sandpit, swing, slide, small garden house for children and a nice swimming pool 7 m x 3 m with solar heating at disposal. Private parking.

The company offers a wide range of services for both summer and winter holidays – as a client of our agency you can receive for all services a 10% discount (after presentation of the voucher).

In the Giant Mountains, on the edge of nice town Svoboda nad Upou, only 10 km from the border with Poland and about 160 km from the capital city Praha (Prague). The house stands in a quiet garden-suburb only just 300 m from the town center, on a slope, near the forest and from the house is a wonderful view of the whole town. Behind the house there is a fenced pasture, where the sheeps graze, and then it is just outside of the forest, where you can walk. The whole area abounds in natural beauties and offers very good conditions for sport and cultural activities. The surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling, swimming and taking of various trips - such as Safari - Zoo (Dvur Kralove nad Labem) 25 km, castle Kuks 20 km, rock cities near town Adrspach – a beautiful landscape with sandstone rock formations 25 km, fortress Stachelberk with for public admitted war bunker (Zacler) 15 km, city Vrchlabi with chateau and sports airport 20 km.
