Alone standing spacious villa renovated in 2009, well-maintained, comfortable accommodation for a large group or friendly families. In the basement of the house there is a lounge with a bar, dining tables and benches in sufficient quantity, television. Kitchen with electric stove with ceramic hob and hot-air oven, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Sauna 6 €/1 hour, shower and toilet. On the upper ground floor there is a sitting room and four bedrooms, all with a double bed, TV and all with private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the mezzanine there is a terrace with garden furniture. In the attic there is a corridor with sitting and again four bedrooms, all with double bed, extra bed, TV and all with its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Electric heating. Large garden with garden furniture, trampoline, outdoor fireplace and covered pool 7x4 m, solar heating (June to September). Own parking.
