Entrance through the veranda with seating and access to separate toilet, living room with sitting area (extra bed for 1 person), satellite TV, dining table and access to the indoor pool and the terrace. Kitchen with ceramic hob, convection oven, two gas rings, fridge, dishwasher and kettle. Bedroom with double bed, shower and access to the terrace. Second bedroom with double bed, shower and access to the terrace. Third bedroom with two single beds and French door, next to bathroom with washbasin, bidet and bathroom of 6 m2. Electric heating. The beautiful indoor swimming pool (6 x 4 m and a depth of 0.7 to 1.2 m, without heating) with seating you enter from the living room or from the spacious terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and fireplace. The garden is fenced and has its own parking for 1 car (additional cars can be parked in a public car park 20 m from the property). There is a garage as a bicycle storage. Occupancy maximum 6 people.

In Czech Switzerland, on the outskirts of the village Dolní Žleb, 8 km north of the city of Dečín, 3 km from the border crossing to Germany. The villa is situated on a hill, near the forest with a view of the countryside and the valley and river Labe, which is 100 meters from the house. Beautiful view of the beautiful nature of the river Labe and sandstone cliffs. The area is not only ideal for climbers and anglers, but also for swimming, cycling and excursions to the many attractions in the area. The cycle path and the railway line lead along the Labe to the border. About 300 meters from the house there is a ferry for cars. Pravčice sandstone gate 7 km, city Dečín with zoo and castle 8 km, castle Benešov nad Ploučnicí 18 km, castle Zákupy, castle Bezděz, castle and town Litomeřice, Terezín monument, castle Duchcov and others.
