Entrance hall, spacious living room with seating for 5 people (additional sleeping for 1-2 people), satellite TV, two dining tables for a total of 10 people and access to the balcony. Open kitchen with cooker with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet. Upstairs is a hall, bathroom with bath, shower and two sinks, separate toilet, spacious wardrobe and four bedrooms. Bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and cot. The remaining bedrooms all have two single beds, one also has a bed for a child (130 x 80 cm). Two bedrooms have access to the balcony and airconditionning. In the basement there is a washing machine, toilet and bathroom with sink and shower. Central gas heater. The villa is set in a fenced garden, with garden furniture and sandpit. Parking space for 3-4 cars on the driveway in front of the garden.

In southern Bohemia, on the edge of the town of Hluboka nad Vltavou with the world-famous castle, on the southern slope near deep forests and with beautiful views over the valley, meadows and forests. The villa is in a quiet location, in a small residential area (only 6 family villas), at the end of a dead end. Hluboka nad Vltavou is a very popular city with many cultural and sporting facilities, 10 km north of the regional city of Czech Budejovice. The unique strategic location offers countless possibilities for walking, sports or taking several trips. Within 3 km you will find 20 restaurants and cafes, a large open-air swimming pool with slide, an 18 hole golf course, mini golf, bowling, relaxation and regeneration center, tennis courts, climbing center, adrenaline park, sport fishing, shops, hairdressers, Solarium, massage, beauty salon, fitness center, cinema, bank, post office and cycling path to the city of Ceske Budejovice. Sauna, fitness and a small indoor swimming pool in the luxury hotel Stekl. The famous South Bohemian gallery "Ales" 3 km, boat trips over the river Vltava 1 km. Within 5 km you will find Hosin sport sports stadium, Vondrov riding school, Ohrada hunting lodge and zoo. At the large Bezdrevmeer you can swim, practice water sports, rent boats and pedalos and there are two marinas.
