Entrance to a corridor with utility rooms and a toilet with a basin, which freely transitions into a spacious lounge with exposed wooden ceiling beams, a dining table for 8 people, seating on a sofa and tabourets by the fireplace and large-screen TV, seating on rattan armchairs by the coffee table, a wine cooler a and an open plan kitchen with unit lined with marlstone and fitted with a glass-ceramic cooktop stove with electric fan oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The second wing of the building, in which there is a jacuzzi and glass shower-enclosure, is walk-through to a sheltered terrace with seating and portable grill. It is accessible through a corridor with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet, basin and washing machine.
On the first floor there are 4 separate bedrooms, each of them accessible from a long corridor. First bedroom with a double bed, baby cot and wardrobe. Second bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Third bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Fourth bedroom with a double bed, 2 single beds and a wardrobe. At one end of the corridor is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. At the opposite end is a toilet with basin. In the heating season, the property is centrally heated by a wood-fired boiler connected to a heat pump (the system is fully automated). On the border of three regions - Pardubický, Jihomoravský and Vysočina - in a secluded place outside the village of Stašov, 10 km southeast of the town of Polička and 20 km southwest of the district town of Svitavy. In a secluded corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, "where foxes say goodnight", you will find an oasis of peace and relaxation in a picturesque landscape of hills, meadows and ponds without having to give up the comfort of living that you are used to. The remote location of the property offers privacy and an undisturbed holiday experience. From the terrace of the villa you can see a pond 200 m away, where you can go swimming or catch fish (permits are sold by RS Vysočina). If you prefer to spend your holiday actively, then you may want to go to the nearby area to visit Svojanov castle (9 km), the royal town of Polička with an uniquely preserved system of medieval fortifications, a beer brewery, a museum and a gallery (10 km), the romantic ruins of Dalečín castle (22 km) or the town of Jimramov with old cottages typical for the Vysočina region which are part of the conservation area (16 km).
