Living room with two levels of floor, equipped with sofa, fireplace, one bed and access to the terrace. Bedroom with double bed, seating area and satellite TV. This bedroom has access to the second bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area. Third bedroom with full IKEA stretching bed, which can serve either as a single or double bed and sitting. Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Central gas heating. Spacious, fenced garden with an area of almost 2500 m2 and pond, two terraces, garden furniture with umbrella, portable garden grill, fireplace, rocking bench and sandpit. Own parking and garage (storage of bicycles).

One dog allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. Washing machine to disposal. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. If you use the heating, you pay the gas consumption too. The house is suitable for maximum to 6 persons.
