Detached, very luxurious villa, in the year 2007 completely rebuilt, very comfortably and modern furnished, equipped with all achievements – you won’t really miss anything. Entrance to the hall, living room with luxurious leather sitting suite for 6 persons, dining table for 10 persons, fire place and satellite TV-set and DVD-player. Pretty kitchen with dining table for 4 persons, gas stove with four plates and second stove with ceramic hob with four plates, both stoves are equipped with fume-hood. Next are four refrigerators, coffee-maker, tea-kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher at disposal. Luxurious bathroom with a shower, double basin, extra toilet. Bedroom with three single beds and satellite TV-set with DVD-player. On the first floor you can find hall with sitting area, second bathroom with a shower and toilet and three bedrooms – each with one double bed, two single beds, satellite TV-set and DVD-player. In one from the bedrooms there is another single bed and in one balcony. Central gas heating. Spacious garden is fenced. Terrace, garden furniture with sun-umbrella, mobile barbecue, fire-place and embedded swimming pool 7,3 x 3,7 m at disposal. Own parking place.

The house stands ca. 40 m from local road, view of the garden, of neighbouring house and at the other side of the meadows and fields. Surrounding offers many places of interest, e.g. open-air museum (Vesely Kopec) 23 km and various castles within 22 – 40 km.
