Freely standing, comfortable, modern and in a very good way decorated villa. There are 2 apartments with a shared entry ready for you, with the access from the loby in the ground floor, thus the villa is perfectly suited for 2 befriended families. There is the entry with an antechamber in the ground floor, a hall, living room with a sitting set for 6 persons, TV and fire stove. Open kitchen with a dish washer, electric cooker with a hot-air oven and a glass-ceramic cooking plate, microwave oven, refrigerator with a freezer, coffee machine and a kettle. Dining table for 8 persons and an entry door to the terrace. There are two bedrooms. Both with a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 persons. Separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower corner, bath tub and two sinks. With the staircase, you’ll reach the second floor with the other apartment. A hall, living room with a sitting set for 6 persons and TV. Open kitchen with a dish washer, electric cooker with a glass-ceramic cooking plate, microwave oven, refrigerator with a freezer and a kettle. Dining table for 6 persons. There are two bedrooms. Both with a double bed and single bed. Separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower corner, bath tub and two sinks. Central heating system with solid fuel. The house stands on a large plot with an unfenced garden with a roofed sitting area with garden furniture, garden grill and a heated indoor swimming pool 6x3 m (only for summer season)! Parking in front of the house and possibly in a garage, after agreement with the owner.

Note on accommodation
Cot, washing machine and Wifi on request. There are large storage rooms in the basement of the house, which can be used for storing bikes and various sports equipment like skis and similar. Real consumption of electricity, consumption of water and in colder periodes during the summer season also the consumption of fuel and heating of the swimming pool (on request, according to the weather and current situation) shall be paid on the spot. In the winter season is the pool not in operation and consumption of the fuel shall be paid on the spot. Refundable deposit € 300,-. You can book a different term of accommodation in the off-season, please ask in our office. The house is suitable for a maximum of 12/14 persons +baby.

In eastern Bohemia, on the edge of a small village Mozdenice, about 9 km to the west of the town of Hlinsko. The villa stands on a really peaceful place with a view over the surrounding area with typical groves and woodlands of the Bohemian-Moravian hills and offers excellent possibilities for summer as well as winter holidays. You can find many points of interest for tourists in the area, for example the tourist paths along the river Chrudimka, the very famous outdoor museum Vesely kopec, historical monuments - castles Slastinany and Svobodne Hamry and a whole bunch of biking paths.
Distances: Basic food store in the village (Mozdenice) 500 m. Restaurant (Svobodne Hamry) 4 km. Supermarket and all the basic civic facilities, indoor swimming pool, sauna, whirlpools (Hlinsko) 9 km. Swimming in natural pond Kaprovec 2 km and the possibility of various water sports and boat rentals on the water reservoir Hamry 10 km. Fishing (cca 2 - 3 km) in the river Chrudimka or in Dlouhý potok (both with permit). Tennis (Mozdenice) 1 km, golf and horse riding (Svobodne Hamry) 4 km. Forest 50 m.
Winter info: Very well-known winter sports resort Hlinsko offering 2 ski runs and 3 lifts, ski school, equipment rental and a snowboard park for enthusiasts. - Photogallery
