Free-standing villa, a former pension house with a restaurant. Now you share all this spacious property yourself and you can enjoy the facilities and comfort of fully equipped house. Entry hall, large lounge with dining tables for 12 persons, bar area with beer-tab and television with satellite. Kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Refrigerator in the hall. Two separate WC. Upstairs there is a corridor, two other separate toilets and five bedrooms - each with its own shower and basin. The location of beds is as follows: two bedrooms with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Electric central heating. There is another building in a garden, where is a relaxation room with indoor swimming pool 7 x 3 m, shower, toilet, infrasauna. The pool can be heated by arrangement for a fee. The spacious garden is fenced - partly by the wall, through which you can enjoy complete privacy. There are several terraces, garden furniture with sunshades and a garden gazebo with a fireplace and slide at your disposal. Own parking.

One dog allowed. There is smoking prohibited in the bedrooms upstairs. Refundable deposit EUR 200,-. The landlord with his family lives on the ground floor (has got an apartment with its own entrance). Using of the infrasauna is possible only after agreement with the landlord and for a fee (EUR 4,-/hour). Except the main season (July and August) the heating EUR 40,- per week shall be paid on the spot. In the winter season is the fee for heating EUR 60,- per week. The swimming pool is not in operation during winter season (november - april). The house is suitable for up to 10 persons.

In West Bohemia, in the area of Bohemian Forest, in a village Bernartice, about 12 km south from the town Bor, 17 km north-west from the town of Horšovský Týn and 35 km from the border crossing with Germany Rozvadov/Waidhaus. The house stands in a large garden, near the municipal pond. Surroundings offers good enjoyment possibilities for both, the young and the elderly, many sport activities or many various trips. The surrounding offers many cultural and historical sights such as the ruins Přimda 12 km, castle Horsovsky Týn 17 km, castle and historic town Domažlice 27 km, Kladruby monastery 20 km. Ideal conditions for tourism, picking of forest fruits, cycling, swimming, fishing, horseback riding and other activities.
Distances: Basic foods (Stráž) 6 km, supermarket (Bor) 12 km and (Stříbro) 27 km, restaurant (Bor) 12 km. Outdoor swimming (Tachov) 27 km, indoor swimming pool (Přimda) 12 km, tennis court (Sycherák) 3 km, golf court (Kladruby) 25 km. Horse riding in a village - only 200 m from the house there is a manege with a covered hall. Swimming, running water sports and boat renting on the pond „Chobot“ (Sycherák) 3 km. Here you can also do fishing (with permit). Another possibility for fishing in the local pond just 40 meters from the house. In a village there is also a football ground. The forest 400 m.
