Entrance, hall, large living room with a sofa for 6 persons, dining table for 6 people, satellite TV, stereo set, air conditioning and access to the terrace with a swimming pool. There is a kitchenette with gas stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave owen and dishwasher. Separate toilet. In the attic there is a hall with sitting area and four bedrooms. First bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Third bedroom with two single beds. Third bathroom in the corridor with shower, sink and toilet. Agency workers are accommodated in the last 4th bedroom in the building, who have their own sanitary facilities and only share the entrance hall of the building with the guests. Central gas heating. The garden is fenced, partly by a 3 meters high wall - you have enough privacy. Two terraces with garden furniture and umbrellas, portable grill, pergola and a beautiful sunked pool 7,2 x 3,6 m. In the Bohemian forest, on the outskirts of the town Klatovy. The house stands at the beginning of the town, near a road behind a high wall, near a park with a pond. You have all the civic amenities by the walking distance. Klatovy town is surrounded by a beautiful nature of the Bohemian forest, about 40 km from the border with Germany. Just 30 meters from the house leads a pretty 15 km long cycle path. Many interesting excursion destinations - such as the catacombs in Klatovy, water castle Svihov 10 km, castle Luzany 17 km, the ruins Ryzmerk and Herstejn 22 km, town and castle Domazlice 30 km the castle Horsovsky Tyn 40 km. Near the village Chudenice, ca 10 km from Klatovy, you will find a national natural monument - a park called "American Garden".
