Free-standing luxury villa, in 2008, newly built and very cosy furnished. Entry after three steps and the all rooms are on the same floor. Hall, sitting room with sofa, dining table, fireplace, TV / SAT and access to covered terrace, whereh is a beautiful view over the garden with a swimming pool. Luxury open kitchen with a gas stove with hot-flue oven, refrigerator, coffeemaker, kettle and microwave. Nice bathroom with a corner bath, shower and toilet. The second toilet is separate. Bedroom with a king size bed and an access to a covered terrace. The second bedroom has three single beds. The house has a gas heating. Spacious garden is fenced and there is a pergola, garden furniture, garden fireplace, a portable grill and sunked pool 6 x 3 m with a filtration to disposal. Private parking.

Baby-cot on request. Pets are not allowed. There is a washing machine available and internet connection at disposal. It is a non-smoking house (you can smoke on the covered terrace). The consumption of water shall ba paid to the landlord on the spot (this is not valid for water in swimming pool, which is in price included). The house is suitable for a maximum of 5 persons + 1 baby.

In southern Bohemia, in a residential area on the outskirts of the village Novy Drazejov, about 1 km west of the town of Strakonice. View over the garden with a swimming pool. The house stands near the river Otava and near the forest (about 600 m). Surroundings offer good conditions for sport and cultural activities, there is a lot of sights - for example, the historic castle and town of Strakonice 1.5 km (this town is well known for its summer festival of the Bagpipers), the historic castle and town of Pisek 21 km, the ruins of Rabi 25 km and 18 km Prachen, chateau Blatna 25 km.
