Unique first republic villa from 1907 on its own fenced land, after partial reconstruction in 2017. Entrance, hall, spacious kitchen with dining table for 5 people. Kitchen with stove (electric), oven, microwave, refrigerator with integrated freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and kitchenware. Living room with central dominant fireplace, seating group (extra bed for 2 persons), coffee table and LCD TV. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and one single bed, the second with two single beds. The first bedroom has a nice view of the valley and the opposite hills. On the ground floor bathroom with bath (forest view), sink and toilet. Heating of the house with electric heaters and local stoves. Guests have at their disposal a fenced garden, garden furniture, a stone barbecue and a fireplace. Entrance to the forest directly from the garden. Parking in front of the house for 2 cars.

Pets allowed (for a fee € 18,-/pet/week). Electricity consumption 30 kWh included in the price, overconsumption is paid by clients on the spot before departure. Refundable deposit CZK 3000, -. In western Bohemia, on the outskirts of the village Chlum u Hartmanic, about 11 km south of the town Sušice. The villa is located in semi-solitude, on a slight hill, with a nice view of the surrounding area. An ideal place for an adventurous holiday in the form of accommodation in a first republic style villa, with a wide range of trips. In the vicinity there are three beautiful castles - Velhartice (13 km), Rabí (21 km) and Kašperk (23 km). The surroundings will be appreciated not only by cyclists (Radešov-Cihelna cycle path right next to the house), but also by enthusiasts of tourist trips thanks to many marked routes in the area. If you look for some adrenaline experience, you can visit Offpark in Sušice (11 km), adventure golf in Hrádek (15 km), or rope centre PROUD (Zadov) 36 km. Swimming is also within driving distance, the nearest swimming pool Petrovice (4 km), swimming pool in Sušice (11 km), swimming pool Kolinec (17 km), or natural swimming pool Žabáky u Železné Rudy (21 km). If you are already visiting Petrovice, do not forget to stop by the excellent tasting menu in the "U Štěpána" pub, one of the best rated on the "Ano šefe!" Show.
