Free-standing house – former foresters lodge, nice renovated and cosily furnished. Entrance, hallway, kitchen with dining table for 6 persons, electric cooker, refrigerator, electric kettle and microwave oven. Living room with a sitting suite, dining table for 5 persons, fire-stove and TV with set-top-box. Bedroom with three single beds. Bathroom with corner bath and wash-basin. Separate toilette. From the hallway lead the stairs to the attic, where is the second bathroom with shower, wash-basin and toilet and other three bedrooms. The first one with a double bed and a cot. Via this bedroom there is an access to another bedroom with three single beds. In the last bedroom there are seven single beds. Electric central heating, possibility of heating by fire-stove. It is also possible to heat with a furnace (solid fuels). The foresters lodge stands on a large fenced land (almost 5.000 m2), which borders with the forest. On the land there also is a small pond. You have a covered pergola, wooden garden furniture (tables and benches), portable garden grill, fireplace with a grate and swing and table tennis for children at disposal. Own parking place in front of the house.

In South Bohemia, at the foot of the mountains called „Novohradske hory“, almost secluded near the village Besednice, ca 25 km east of the historical town Cesky Krumlov and 30 km south of the town Ceske Budejovice. Very quiet place between forests and meadows, under the mountain peak „Kohout“, in the mountains called „Slepici hory“. The house – foresters lodge stands at the forest, in a gentle slope with the view of a greenery. Ideal place for spending a calm family holiday. The area „Novohradske hory“ is known for lovely hilly and wooded landscape. Good conditions for hiking and cycling (there are nicely marked paths in the surroundings), swimming, fishing and making many of various trips. Historical town Cesky Krumlov with a beautiful chateau and unique open-air theatre 20 km, castle Zumberk 18 km, castle Nove Hrady 21 km, a small zoo (Dvorec u Borovan) 14 km, monastery Zlata Koruna 22 km, spa-town Trebon with a chateau 34 km, town Hluboka nad Vltavou with chateau, hunting lodge Ohrada and a Zoo 38 km.
