Free standing backwoodsman cottage. A lot of natural materials as wood and stone used. Cottage is very spacious, living area 300 m2! Entry through a covered terrace, hall, large living room (cca 100 m2!) with sitting suit for 12 persons, dining table for 8 persons, nice big fireplace and TV with satellite, video and DVD. Kitchen with four gas plates, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave oven, dish washer, hot-flue oven and stove with a oven (for wood). Pantry with inbuilt safe, which you can use. Nice bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. Upstairs hall, second bathroom with shower and toilet. Then sauna, bedroom with double bed and covered balcony, second bedroom with double bed, extra bed and TV. Third bedroom with double bed, one single bed, baby cot and TV and fourth child bedroom with two sigle beds and TV with video. In the second floor there are two more bedrooms - each with one double bed and two single beds. Central heating. Cottage stands on own 2 ha forest property, from which one part (ca 1000 m2) serves as a garden. Here you have garden furniture with parasol, fire pit, pergola with garden fireplace, sand pit and in-door swimming pool 7 x 3,5 m with lighting and heating possibility by a boiler for wood at disposal (pre-heating lasts ca 2 days - please order in advance). Parking on the fenced garden and in garage. Toegang tot het huisje via een bosweg ca. 2,5 km (begaanbaar met de auto, maar wij raden voertuigen met een verhoogd chassis aan). Access to the cottage along a forest road approx. 2.5 km (passable by car, but we recommend vehicles with a raised chassis).

Note on accommodation
There is only signal for cell phones (Telefonica O2) in the cottage, in a case of any emergency there is a special alarm device at disposal (help comes within 10 minutes). Wi-Fi connection available. Baby cot on request. Pets allowed. Using of washing machine possible. Refundable deposit EUR 400,-. On spot shall be paid: the consumption of electricity over 100 kWh per week, the consumption of wood EUR 80,-/m3 (it lasts for ca. 2 days) and gas EUR 15,-/week. Using of the swimming pool is possible only after agreement with the landlord and for a fee EUR 80,-/week (it is necessary to order the using of the pool in advance of one week at least). In the winter season(October-April) there is a fee for the pool € 130,-/week. House is suitable for max. 8 adults + 6 children + 1 baby. In summer, there is a shortage of water and the capacity of the building is reduced to a maximum of 8 people. There is also one small cottage of the housekeeper on the grounds, who actually takes care about heating and equipment. Further two boxes for horses and smaller fenced paddock available, where you can let your horses run. Possibility of horse stabling for a fee EUR 60,-/week on the spot.

In West Bohemia, in a wilderness, on a large forest property, in a valley of river Strela. Phantastic place in the middle of nature, in a forest and rocks, with view of green. Absolute peace! This beautiful piece of nature is situated in a vicinity of village Kopidlo (1,5 km), ca 29 km north of town Pilsen with worldknown brewery. In surrounding in range of 5-48 km You can find a lot of sights as castles, ruins and monasteries.
Distances: Grocery shop (Koryta, Kopidlo) 1,5 km, supermarket (Kralovice) 10 km, restaurant (Kralovice, Bykov, Kaznejov) 10 km. Outdoor swimming pool (Koryta) 1.5 km, in-door pool (Plzen) 29 km, tennis (Kralovice) 10 km, golf course (Poboranky) and horse riding (Bykov) 10 km. Only 20 m from cottage flows small river, where You can fish (trout water) – permit necessary. Swimming and water sports in a river Střela or Berounka (Kralovice) 8 km.
