Big and very spacious object – former foresters lodge from the year 1932, nicely renovated and cosy furnished. House stands on a large land and offers enough privacy. Entry up a few stairs, hallway, spacious living room with two sitting suites, dining tables for a total of 15 persons, tiled stove and TV with set-top-box. Kitchen with a dining table for 6 persons, electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Three bedrooms – the first one with a double bed, two single beds and stove, the second with three single beds (this bedroom is accessible either from the hallway or from the first bedroom) and the third bedroom with a double bed and a tiled stove. Bathroom with a bath, separate toilet. In the attic there are three more bedrooms – the first with four single beds, the second with seven single beds, sitting suit and visually separated kitchen and dining corner. The last bedroom with one double bed and one extra bed. Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Heated by tiled stoves (wood). From the enclosed inner courtyard there is an access to the common room with wooden tables, benches, fire place and bar. Large fenced garden, there is a covered pergola with garden sitting, fire-place, garden grill, roofed swimming pool 10 x 6 m and sand-box, swing and table tennis for children at disposal. Own parking place.

In South Bohemia, almost secluded, ca. 5 km south of the village Besednice, ca 25 km east of the historical town Cesky Krumlov and 30 km south of the town Ceske Budejovice. Very quiet place between forests and meadows, under the mountain peak „Kohout“, in the mountains called „Slepici hory“. The house – foresters lodge stands by the forest, in a gentle slope with the view of a greenery. Ideal place for spending a calm family holiday. Good conditions for hiking and cycling (there are nice marked paths in the surroundings), swimming, fishing and making many of various trips. Historical town Cesky Krumlov with a beautiful chateau and unique open-air theatre 25 km, castle Zumberk 21 km, castle Nove Hrady 24 km, a small zoo (Dvorec u Borovan) 18 km, monastery Zlata Koruna 26 km, spa-town Trebon with a chateau 38 km, town Hluboka nad Vltavou with chateau, hunting lodge Ohrada and a Zoo 40 km.
