Common room with three dining tables, TV and kitchenette with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor is a separate toilet. In the attic there are a total of 3 apartments. The first with 4 beds and the possibility of an extra bed. The second apartment with 2 beds. The third with 4 beds and the possibility of an extra bed. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Heating by direct heaters and fireplaces. Guests have a large fenced garden, several outdoor seating areas, fireplace, grill and above-ground pool at their disposal. Possibility of storing bicycles in a lockable garage. Parking at the property for up to 4 vehicles.

In South Bohemia, directly in the protected landscape area of Třeboňsko, 7 km south of Stráž nad Nežárkou, 14 km from Třeboň, 21 km from Jindřichův Hradec and 12 km from the Austrian border. The cottage is located in the village of Mníšek and, like other villages in the Třeboň region, is surrounded by beautiful nature, many ponds and a diverse network of cycle paths, which, thanks to the flat terrain, attract cyclists from the wider area. In the area, we recommend visiting, for example, Třeboň with its castle, castle garden and spa (14 km), Jindřichův Hradec with its historical centre and nearby zoo (21 km), Landštejn Castle (33 km), Červená Lhota Castle (36 km), the Rýdův Kopec lookout tower (21 km) or the Zoo Na Hrádečku (16 km). Children in particular will appreciate a visit to the aquapark in Jindřichův Hradec or a steam train ride on the narrow gauge railway.
