Living room with bench and table and armchair by open fireplace. 2 bedrooms, both with one double bed and one single bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet (accessible from one of the bedrooms). Small garden mit wooden furniture and fire pit. Garage and own parking-site. Gas heating with thermospot.

In south Bohemia in a small village Libín, about 9 km southwest of the historic spa town Trebon and, 20 km east of Ceske Budejovice and only 25 km from the border with Austria. This area is known by many lakes and forests. Ideal place for a quiet family holiday, the sourrounding offers excellent conditions for swimming, water sports, fishing, mountain biking (nicely marked bicycle paths) or visit historical sights and natural beauty of the Trebon sourrounding. Spa town Trebon with a castle, Schwarzenbergstomb a pond "Svět" (swimming, fishing and sightseeing trips by steamboat) 9 km, castle Nové Hrady 24 km, town Ceske Budejovice 20 km, castle Žumberk 30 km, historic town and castle Cesky Krumlov 35 km.
Distances: Basic foods 200 m, restaurant 500 m, (Domanín) 6 km, and (Trebon) 9 km. In Trebon you will also find other shops, restaurants, supermarket, swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, golf courte and send beach with a slide. Furthermore, there is a large pond Svet where you can swim, do water sports, rent a boat and pedal boats, take a cruise by the steam boat or fish (permit needed).
