Kitchen with dining table for 8 persons and kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware. First bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Another separate toilet with sink. There is also a children's room with toys and an LCD TV on the ground floor, accessible directly from the garden. In the attic second bedroom with four single beds. Third bedroom with a double bed. Fourth bedroom with two single beds. Fifth bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, from which is the entrance to the sixth bedroom with two single beds. Seventh bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Central electrical heating. There is a fully fenced garden with a large roofed pergola (36 m2) with sitting area, garden fireplace, outdoor gas heater, fridge/freezer and microwave. In the garden there is a trampoline, basketball basket, sandbox and a swimming pool. Next to the pergola there is also a relaxation room with sauna and hot tub. Parking for at least five cars on a fenced property, another in front of the house.

In south Bohemia, in a picturesque village Branna, about 5 km south of the spa town Trebon and 30 km east of the town Ceske Budejovice. The whole area is well known for many lakes and forests. An ideal place for a quiet family holiday, the surrounding offers perfect conditions for swimming, water sports, fishing - with a permit, cycling (pretty marked trails) or visiting various landmarks and natural beauty of Trebon area. The spa town Trebon with a chateau, Schwarzenberg tomb and a pond "Svet" (swimming, fishing and sightseeing trips by steam boat) 5 km. Castles Zumberk 26 km and Nove Hrady 22 km, historical town with a castle Jindrichuv Hradec 30 km, the south Bohemian metropolis Ceske Budejovice 30 km, historical town and castle Cesky Krumlov (under the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage) 52 km, town Hluboka nad Vltavou with a chateau, hunting lodge Ohrada and zoological garden 35 km.
