Freestanding mobile house - Granada Continental 12 m x 3,5 m, very well and comfortably furnished. The building is to for separate accommodation. Input into a spacious living room with sofa (possibility of spreading to double bed - width of 140 cm), dining area, gas fireplace and satellite TV. Open kitchen with gas stove with oven, refrigerator, kettle and microwave. Bedroom with a double bed (width 150 cm) and the second small bedroom with two separate beds (beds of size 60 x 180 cm). Bathroom with shower and toilet. Heated by gas fireplace, bedrooms and bathrooms are also heated by electric radiators. Fenced garden, terrace with garden furniture, porch swing, outdoor fireplace, grill with lava rocks, table tennis, and a swimming pool of a diameter of 3 m with the sand filtration. Parking in the yard or garden.

One dog allowed. Gas consumption CZK 400,- and electricity consumption CZK 150,- shall to be paid on the spot. Wifi connection. The landlord sometimes sleeps in a little cottage, which also stands on the yard. The mobile house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children under 3 years.

In south Bohemia, only 2 km from the historical center of the spa town Trebon, 25 km east of the town Ceske Budejovice. This area is known for many lakes and forests. An ideal place for a family holiday, the sourrounding offers excellent conditions for swimming, running water sports, fishing – permit needed, picking mushroms, mountain biking (pretty marked cycling paths, one of which leads directly past the house) or visiting historical sights and natural beauties of the Trebon area. Spa town Trebon with the castle, Schwarzenberg tomb and a pond "Svet" (swimming, fishing and sightseeing boat cruises) 2 km. Czech metropolis of south Bohemia Ceske Budejovice 25 km, the historical town and castle Cesky Krumlov (under the protection of UNESCO) 45 km, town Hluboka nad Vlavou with the castle, hunting lodge Ohrada and the Zoo 30 km.
