Spacious living room with sofa set and TV, dining table (with high chair) and fully equipped kitchenette (oven, induction hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, two fridges with freezer, toaster, kettle and more. 6 rooms in total - 2x quadruple, 2x triple, 2x double. Each room with its own bathroom (bathroom with shower and toilet). In the attic a children's playroom equipped with toys.
In the fenced garden, guests have access to an outdoor kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and kettle. Also covered pergola, gas grill, garden fireplace and sunken swimming pool with roof. In the famous area of Třeboňsko, less than 10 km from the border with Austria and approx. 27 km south of Třeboň. The luxuriously equipped house is located on the edge of the village of Hranice and is largely surrounded by meadows and pastures. The place is ideal for walks in the nearby forest and picking forest fruits, cycling thanks to the extensive network of cycle paths across the entire Třeboň region, and most importantly relaxation with wellness facilities. In the surrounding area you can visit the town of Nové Hrady with its château and castle (12 km), the vast Terčino údolí park with a waterfall (14 km), the zoo in Dvorec (28 km) and of course the spa town of Třeboň with the state castle and the nearby Schwarzenberg tomb (30 km).
