Detached former farmhouse with a small closed yard and a large garden, very nice and tastefully furnished. Entrance, hall, living room with sofa, TV and access to the garden. Dining table for 4 persons. Kitchen with electric stove and oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher and dining table for 2 persons. Bedroom with a double. Bathroom with shower and bath. Separate toilet. In the attic there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and entrance to another bedroom with two single beds and one extra bed. Central heating (solid fuels). There is a fenced garden with a smal pond, pergola with garden furniture and common room with a bar and seating for 8 persons at disposal. Parking by the house or in the garden.

Dogs are not allowed. Baby cot after agreement. Non-smoking property. The washing machine and internet connection available. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week will be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for up to 6/8 persons + 1 baby.

In south of Bohemia, in a small village Horni Lhota, 7 km south of the town Jindrichuv Hradec and 22 km northeast from the spa town Trebon. The house is located directly by the river Nezarka where you can fish (with permission). The whole area is known for many lakes and forests. An ideal place for a quiet family holiday, the area offers perfect conditions for swimming, water sports, cykling and making many sights trips and natural beauty. Town Jindrichuv Hradec with a castle 7 km, the spa town Trebon with a castle, Schwarzenberg tomb and a pond "Svet" (swimming, fishing and sightseeing cruises by steamboat) 22 km, castle Cervena Lhota 27 km.
