Detached house with fenced garden, renovated, pleasantly and comfortably furnished. You stay on the lower floor of the house with its own entrance, attic rented separately. Entrance, hall, spacious living room connected with kitchen. Kitchen with fireplace, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, tableware and dishwasher. In the living room dining table for 5 persons, large seating group (sofa as extra bed for 2 persons), coffee table and satellite LCD TV. Bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Heating of the cottage by electric accumulators + local stove. A shared garden with a seating area and a portable barbecue is at guest’s disposal. Possibility of fishing in the stream on the second part of the land, which is accessible from the garden by stairs and belongs to the house. Parking for 1 car.

In South Bohemia, on the outskirts of a small village of Zárybničná Lhota, 3 km east of the historical center of Tábor. The House stands on its own fenced garden, overlooking the valley and nearby stream, which is part of the property and is suitable for fishing. Very good location for spending a family holiday, good conditions for swimming, cycling, picking mushrooms and berries and making various trips. Out of the famous castles in the area we can definitely mention Kotnov (11 km), Choustník (16 km), Kámen (28 km). There are also many chateaus, the most famous is Červená Lhota (33 km). Do not miss the famous Chýnov Cave (10 km).
Distances: Grocery in the village 300 m, restaurant (Knížecí rybník) 900 m, supermarket, restaurant, café, post office, ATM (Tábor) 3 km, bathing, water sports, boat and pedal boat rental and also fishing (with permit) in recreational pond 1400 m away.
